The Council of Ministers is expected to be soon discussing a long-anticipated draft « Gap Law » that shall determine the distribution of losses in the financial system and deposit recovery mechanisms.
While the final version of the draft has not been issued yet, the framework's main elements, co-prepared by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, and Central Bank, have already been discussed in public.
