IJC Statement: Call to Lift Legal Immunities

The Judiciary Coalition, released a statement calling upon the concerned authorities to immediately list the legal immunity granted to all entities identifies by Judge Tarek Bitar.

Independence of Judiciary Coalition

The coalition aims to secure the independence and impartiality of the judicial institutions in Lebanon, and by extension their liberation from the ruling authority’s control, as a prerequisite for building a just and effective democratic state.
